Beer cooling under a thick layer of white fog

A fresh drink always help against hot and humid days and summer days in Shanghai can be really hot and humid. Nonetheless, I found rather unconventional the way beer was kept cold in this restaurant. The beer was lying in a canister placed along the street and the bottles were completely covered by a thick layer of white fog. From the street the canister looked like being on fire where something strange was being roasted and that is what actually caught my attention.
